In seinem ca. 2000 Seiten umfassenden Werk fügt er aus rund 300 vorrangig jüdischen Werken die für seine Zwecke passenden Zitate zusammen. Dafür stellt Eisenmenger stets dem Original eine Übersetzung gegenüber und nimmt eine vom Original losgelöste Neukontextualisierung vor, um das Judentum zu diffamieren. Das \"Entdeckte Judenthum\" kann damit als Apologie, Rezeption und Polemik gelesen werden. Aus Sorge vor Ausschreitungen wurde das Werk erst 1741, 40 Jahre nach seiner Fertigstellung, nach einem umfangreichen Prozess freigegeben.
